If you made a duplicate contribution, entered an incorrect amount, or have a payment concern, contact Kindpath Foundation at kindpathfoundation@gmail.com or +91 97736 61823. Include your order reference and payment date, but never share your UPI PIN, passwords or full card details.

Pending or failed payment

A bank debit alone does not establish a verified donation. If confirmation is pending, check the verification page again or contact the foundation before paying again. Payment reversals, where applicable, are handled through the payment provider and banking system.

Refund requests

Refund requests require review by the foundation. This page does not promise approval, a processing deadline, or cancellation rights beyond applicable law. Contact the foundation to confirm its current refund policy before contributing if this is important to your decision.
